Same location as previous photo. This cyclist is riding far enough to the left of parked vehicles to clear an opening car door. The motorist is not tempted to stay in the same lane, but instead has merged most of the way into the next lane. Note that the parking Ts (road markings delineating parking spaces) have been extended into parking crosses so as to indicate that part of the roadway to their left is not intended as travel space.
